| A bug was fixed in "qview" that gave an error when the user tried to change directories and open a file in the new directory when running qview in the background. The application was not expanding the filename. |

| The MeasureTool is a new tool has been added to "qview". It allows the user to measure the distance between two points in both meters and kilometers. |

Several changes have been made to the Advanced Tracking Tool in "qview":
A delete option has been added to the AdvancedTrackTool to allow the users to delete one or multiple lines from the table. The option is located in the File menu and has the Delete key as a shortcut.
The 'Filename' column has been split into a 'Path' and 'Filename' column so the user can see the filename without having to scroll through the path.
The save option was also modified to remove the trailing comma from the data lines. |

| The Application class was modified to fix a bug with socket race conditions. The error was only seen in programs which run programs, for example "mocproc", "thmproc", "coreg", "viknosalt", "viknopepper", etc. |

The application class was modified so that program running in command line mode output the program name along with the percent processed. For example,
> stats from=input.cub
stats: Gathering statistics
0% ...
stats: Computing histogram

The "campt" application was modified to output the OffNadirAngle rather than the SpacecraftRoll angle.
The Camera object was also modified to compute the OffNadirAngle rather than the SpacecraftRoll angle. |

| The "desmear" application has been converted from Isis2 to Isis3. This application removes the frame transfer smear from CCD cameras. |

The recent modification made to the CollectorMap class introduced a bug when using case-insensitive string keys. It has been fixed.

| A bug was fixed in "hiclean" that caused the program to have a segmentation fault if all the data was lost (causing them to be Null pixels) in the dark current buffer. |
