Liberty, Texas is located 48 miles east of Houston, TX and 44 miles west of Beaumont, Texas on Hwy 90.

The refuge office is located one mile north of Hwy 90 on Main Street (traffic light at McDonalds) when coming from the south. Coming from the north, the office is about one mile south of Walmart (Hwy 146). It is across the street from King Sudz car wash.
