• Appropriations Acts
  Each year Congress enacts laws to provide funding to federal Agencies. USAID’s funding is included in the Foreign Operations, Export Financing, and Related Programs acts. These acts typically include supplemental legislative direction on USAID environmental programs. Since appropriations acts change from fiscal year to fiscal year they are not included on this web page. • International Financial Institutions Act of 1977, As Amended, Title XIII
  This Title assigns roles to USAID and the Departments of Treasury and State in strengthening environmental performance and monitoring environmental impact assessment at the multilateral development banks, and using this information to inform U.S. votes on loans. These banks include both the World Bank and the regional development banks.
