Seasonal Employment Opportunities
Seasonal employees assist staff during the summer field season with fishery assessment projects and provide valuable analysis of biological samples. We generally hire seasonal employees through the Student Temporary Experience Program. We encourage college students looking for summer work to have their resume, college transcripts, and verification of enrollment in an accredited institution submitted to our office by March 1st each year. This ?on-the-job training? for students with fishery career goals is a valuable experience. Former student employees are now working for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Missouri Department of Conservation and Nebraska Game and Parks Commission.
