Information Resources
The Environmental Information Service Center (EISC) is Region 8's primary public access point for general environmental information. The center's specialists provide quick and responsive service for callers, visitors, and Web site visitors.The Region 8 Technical Library is conveniently located with EISC on the second floor of the Region 8 offices at 16th and Wynkoop St in downtown Denver. Visit these Web sites for information on our business hours, ways to contact us, and a description of services offered.
Geographically referenced information including GIS (Geographic Information System) data is available on our Maps and Spatial Data Web site.
Copies of federal records are available to the public through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). However, we recommend that you review the information available on the Region 8 and EPA Headquarter´s Web sites before submitting a FOIA request.
