If you are submitting proprietary information to the EPA Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics, and intend to claim the information as Confidential Business Information (CBI) entitled to protection against public disclosure under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), you must also supply a sanitized copy of the document which contains no CBI and which is clearly marked "Company Sanitized. Does not contain TSCA CBI," and which includes the specific docket number. The sanitized document should be in the same envelope as the CBI version.
