The Hilton Fort Collins, 425 West Prospect Road, will hold a block of rooms under “USGS-Negotiation” for our participants. The hotel provides guests with free transportation between the hotel and our facility by request. The Fort Collins Science Center (FORT) is a pleasant 10-15 minute walk from the Hilton.

The 2007 federal per diem rate that applies to Fort Collins is $80.00 per night for lodging. Please contact the Hilton Fort Collins directly at (970) 482-2626 to make your reservation.

Getting to FORT

The airport shuttle, Shamrock Airport Express at (970) 482-0505can take you directly from Denver International Airport (DIA) to the Hilton Fort Collins for a fare of $26 one-way. You can make a reservation by phone or on the internet at http://www.rideshamrock.com. The shuttle trip takes about two hours. If you decide to rent a car, it will take 1–1½ hours to commute from DIA to the Hilton Fort Collins. Toll-road costs are $4.00 each way (see map at link below).

The Negotiation Training Courses will be held at the Fort Collins Science Center, 2150 Centre Avenue, Building C, Fort Collins, Colorado 80526. The entrance is on the south side of the building.

Time

The course will begin promptly at 8 a.m. and conclude at 5 p.m. on days one and two, and on day three. The building opens at 7:45 a.m.
