Please complete the form below to request a Photo Blind Reservation. Please make sure to include an email address and/or phone number so that a Minnesota Valley Wildlife Refuge employee can confirm your request with you.

Note that your reservation is not completed until you have received a confirmation email from a Refuge employee. Please print out the confirmation email that you receive from the Refuge and bring with you to the photo blinds as proof of your reservation.
