SEA uses third party contractors to aid in preparing environmental documentation necessary to comply with the requirements of NEPA and related environmental laws in STB proceedings. Click here to read about the definition of "third party contractor" at 49 CFR 1105.4(i).

To be considered as a third party contractor, please submit a resume with supporting information describing your experience in preparing Environmental Assessments and Environmental Impact Statements, as well as knowledge of and experience in analyzing environmental issues, particularly those related to transportation projects.
