    Developed a national plan of action to increase the use and safety of bicycling and walking in the United States.

      Presents the progress made in the first five years in implementing the Federal action plan of this national study.

      A progress report on the Federal Action Plan of the National Bicycling and Walking Study has been prepared and is available here.
