Dear Access Board:

I do not like the proposed regulation requiring audible traffic signals at every lighted intersection in the country. I am totally blind. I can cross streets independently. I do it every day. I don't need or want extra noises or extra bumps on the sidewalk.

Please get rid of the requirement for the detectable warnings and audible traffic signals.

Sincerely,

Don Nepple
