The currently proposed regulations for audible and tactile warnings at traffic light controlled intersections are not acceptable. The mandate for these devices at all intersections controlled by traffic signaling devices is not needed nor an efficient use of scarce Federal State or Local dollars.

These regulations as proposed should not be adopted.
