SAEs  (Salinity Assessment Examples)
A mobile 4-electrode soil conductivity map The SAEs (salinity assessment examples) shown below represent a few of the many types of soil salinity and precision agriculture surveys performed on a regular basis by local LCRSAN assessment agencies and the George E. Brown Jr. Salinity Laboratory.

Complete descriptions of each survey can be found in the associated SAE report document (pdf format).

SAE
Report No.

Description
SAE.01 DDEM-38 survey of 0-3 ft average saturation percentage and soil salinity levels in a marginally saline Palo Verde mellon field.
SAE.02 DDEM-38 survey of near surface soil salinity, SAR, Boron, and saturation percentage levels in a Coachella Valley turf grass field.
SAE.03
(coming soon)
DDEM-38 survey of depth specific soil salinity levels and mapping of tile line effects in an Imperial Valley alfalfa field.
SAE.04 EM-38 survey of depth specific soil salinity and bulk average SAR, boron, and saturation percentage (SP) levels for the Ag20/20 demonstration study.
