The proposed provisions providing for broker participation in the General Services Administration’s (GSA) Centralized Household Goods Traffic Management Program (CHAMP) that the household goods transportation industry has been waiting for comment, appear in the December 4, 1997 issue of the Federal Register (62 FR64225-64232).

The notice provides for a 30-day comment period; comments are due January 5, 1998 to the address published in the notice.
