Every year the U.S. Commercial Service picks about twenty trade fairs in the United States for inclusion in the IBP. In order to be considered, the fair must be leading in its industry, a good percentage of its exhibitors must be exporters (or be interested in exporting), and there must be special provisions or services for international business visitors.
