WEST INDIES, British - Islands include Anguilla, Montserrat, Cayman Islands, Turks and Caicos. *Passport, onward/return ticket, and sufficient funds required for tourist stay of up to 3 months. WEST INDIES, French - Islands include Guadeloupe, Isles des Saintes, La Desirade, Marie Galante, Saint Barthelemy, St. Martin and Martinique. *Passport required. Visa not required for tourist/business stay of up to 90 days months. Stays exceeding 90 days require a visa, which will need a passport (3 months validity after departure), 4 long stay visa applications, 5 recent passport sized photos, proof of sufficient funds (3 copies), proof of valid medical insurance, police clearance (obtained from police department in U.S. – 3 copies), and letter certifying no paid activity will occur. YEMEN, REPUBLIC OF- *Passport and visa required. Visa valid 30 days from date of issuance for single entry; requires 1 application form and 2 color photos. Tourist visa requires proof of onward/return transportation, employment, letter of invitation, health certificate, and $50 fee (single entry valid 3 months). Business visa requires letter from employer in Yemen and $50 fee (single entry valid 3 months). Student visas require a letter of acceptance from the institution in Yemen, indicating type and duration of study. Minimum processing time is 3 business days. (Payment by money orders only and send SASE with proper postage for return of passport by registered mail). Prior to visiting Yemen, it is necessary to visit a medical clinic. ZAMBIA - *Passport and visa required. Tourist/business multiple-entry visa, valid up to 3 years, requires $40 processing fee (no personal checks), 2 application forms, and 2 photos. Note: If applicant adds spouse and/or children to visa form, traveler must pay $30 fee and an additional $10 fee for each child. If applicant is from a nonprofit organization, letter from organization required. When a visa is obtained at port of entry, it is only valid for a stay of up to 3 months and the fee is $25. ZIMBABWE - *Passport, visa, onward/return ticket and proof of sufficient funds required for a stay of up to 6 months. Visas issued upon arrival in Zimbabwe, $30 fee single entry, $45 double entry, and $55 multiple entry. To obtain visa before entry, submit 2 visa application forms, a valid passport and 2 passport photos. Visa fee (payable by money order or bank draft) $60 single entry and $75 double entry. If applying by mail include prepaid airway bill. Antimalarial pills are recommended. $30 exit fee paid at airport. Visitors must declare currency upon arrival.
