The Branch of Business Services (BBS) manages and coordinates budget activities to include: 1) budget formulation and justification; 2) budget presentation and execution; 3) fund tracking of the expenditures for the Service's Information Resources and Technology Management (IRTM) program. BBS determines funding availability and allocates funds to the Division's Branches in accordance to the established priorities. BBS manages and maintains all administrative functions for the Division of IRTM including the management of personnel actions, purchasing, travel, training and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that govern the administrative, budget and contract functions. BBS manages IRTM technical support contracts to ensure that work is performed in compliance with contractual requirements.
