Information Management Division (IMD)


Mission

The Information Management Division (IMD) provides Information Technology (IT) and support services to staff and systems within the Office of Administrative Services (OAS).  This office reviews requirements for Departmental functional systems in the personal property area (e.g., Sunflower) and participates in the planning, development, implementation, inventory, and management of this and other systems (e.g., Real Property Management System, eTravel System).  In addition, provides information technology support to the OAS, improves information technology functions and applications, convert existing process to information technology applications, and ensure information technology security guidelines.

Web Design Create, develop and maintain:

  • Office of Administrative Services (OAS) Internet and Intranet
  • Web Customer Service Survey Forms
  • OAS Web response Customer Service Survey Forms
  • DOC Forms and PDF development
  • Web pages, Graphics & Logos for OAS, Chief Information Officer, Office of Human Resources Management, and OS

OAS Systems Administration and Configuration – manage, planning and support:

  • Technical Point of Contact Liaison
  • Technical Support, Troubleshooting and Maintenance
  • Hardware and Software Installation
  • Hardware/Software Specifications and Requirements
  • Network Configuration
