The Information Management Division
(IMD) provides Information Technology (IT) and support
services to staff and systems within the Office of
Administrative Services (OAS).
This office reviews requirements for Departmental
functional systems in the personal property area (e.g.,
Sunflower) and participates in the planning,
development, implementation, inventory, and management
of this and other systems (e.g., Real Property
Management System, eTravel System).
In addition, provides information technology
support to the OAS, improves information technology
functions and applications, convert existing process to
information technology applications, and ensure
information technology security guidelines.
