  • Have your user name (uid) and user password (pw) ready.
    These can be found in the mailing label of your SBO-1 form.
  • Please note that the password is case sensitive

  •   Go to our secure SBO Login Page


  You can do the following online:

  • Check Filing Status
    Check if we have received your SBO-1 form either by mail or by using electronic reporting.
    NOTE: Filing status should be available 48 hours after you electronically submit your data.

  • Request Time Extension
    Ask for additional time to complete your SBO-1 form.

  • Request Another Form
    Order a replacement for your lost or misplaced SBO-1 form.

  • Request Another Copy of the Mandatory Federal Filing Requirement
    Order a replacement for the copy of the applicable text from Title 13 of the U.S. Code that was mailed to you. This Federal Law requires you to complete your SBO-1 form and return it to the U.S. Census Bureau either by mail or by using electronic reporting.

  • Correct the mailing address
    Provide a change of address for the SBO-1 form.

  • If You Own More Than One Business, Find Out Which Business Is Being Surveyed
    Displays the NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) code and industry description for the business being surveyed.
