Learn about Competency Models |
|
The President's
High Growth Job Training Initiative identified industry competency
models as one of several key workforce solutions that support the development
of talent in the right skills for the jobs of the future.

work setting such as a job, an occupation, or an industry.
Competency models form the
foundation for developing curriculum and selecting training materials, and for
licensure and certification requirements, job descriptions, recruiting and
hiring, and performance
reviews. More
