FMCSA's Commercial Passenger Carrier Safety Division within the agency's headquarters develops policies, plans, and guidance in matters related to commercial passenger safety. Division staff persons respond to stakeholder demands and strive to attain program goals to best ensure the safe transportation of passengers.
