- Proposed New Certification Fees for Evaporative Emissions from Sterndrive/inboard Marine Engines, Equipment and Vessels, and Technical Amendments to the Fees Regulations: On May 18, 2007, EPA proposed a new emission control program that would reduce hydrocarbon emissions from small spark-ignition engines. The new fees and technical amendments are discussed and set forth on pages 28210 and 28250-28260 of the Federal Register notice (PDF, 297 pp, 4.0M).
