The SABIT Healthcare Administration Program for Russia is designed to train 19 mid- to senior-level executives from the Russian healthcare sector. These delegates, screened and selected by the U.S. Department of Commerce, represent the upper echelon of hospital administrators and head physicians from the Russian Federation whose healthcare system is currently undergoing a period of transition. Through four weeks of technical assistance training this program will introduce participants to the status and trends of the U.S. healthcare system and current themes in hospital administration.
The program aims to introduce the Russian delegates to modern healthcare management techniques through training seminars and meetings with leading U.S. healthcare organizations. The overriding goal is to provide a comprehensive understanding of hospital administration practices in the United States, and for these high-level executives to return home with the skills and knowledge necessary to affect change and make improvements within their own organizations and healthcare systems.
This is a unique opportunity for U.S. organizations to provide industry insight and training while showcasing their products and services to their Russian counterparts. By hosting this SABIT Group, U.S. organizations will build relationships with leaders of the healthcare sector in Russia. Through these valuable contacts host organizations can explore commercial opportunities and partnerships in the region. For

During the remaining three weeks the group will travel to select cities and regions to meet with leading U.S. healthcare providers and industry experts.
