Recordkeeping and Reporting

EPA has promulgated a series of regulations to phase out the production and import of class I ozone depleting substances (ODSs) including chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) and class II ODSs which are hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs). The regulations include reporting and recordkeeping requirements for producers, importers, and exporters of class I and class II substances. EPA provides reporting forms and instructions to assist entities in fulfilling these requirements.
