The major focus of the Rural Center for AIDS/STD Prevention (RCAP) is the promotion of HIV/STD prevention in rural America, with the goal of reducing HIV/STD incidence. It is a very useful and informative site as it provides state-level information.

STD Checkup Exit Disclaimer
This sexually transmitted disease website provides (in simple and clear terminology) many resources, much information and is a good starting point for STD “101”. It lists individual STDs and their clinical presentation, treatments, prognosis, etc as well as risk factors for anyone who visits the site.
