Applicant Information

The Rural and Low-Income School Program is a State-administered formula program. State educational agencies may apply for funds under this program through the consolidated State application or a program-specific application. States will receive their funds after approval of their consolidated or program-specific application.

Eligible LEAs will apply directly to their State for funds under this program.

All applications must be submitted using the electronic grants system (e-GRANTS).
