DOI LEARN Web-based registration:

NCTC uses a Web based system called DOI LEARN to register students for NCTC classes. DOI employees must log-in to DOI LEARN to register for classes.

* Log In to DOI LEARN - for DOI employees, contractors and volunteers with previously established accounts.

* Search DOI LEARN as a guest. Non-DOI applicants. You will have the opportunity to submit your application once you locate the class you want to take.

* Printable Application - ONLY for use by Non-DOI applicants, whose browser settings will not permit them to use Search the Catalog as a guest. Please print, complete and mail or fax in order to register.

If you are a contractor or volunteer working for the Department of Interior you should view the catalog and apply for training as a guest the first time you require training. After that, your account will have been established and you will be required to log in directly to register for any DOI training. (Please be sure to indicate your contractor status on your initial application.)

Please note: All students, except FWS employees, will be required to provide billing information as part of the application process. Registration will not move forward until this requirement is met.
