In use by the Service since December 2005, DOI LEARN is the source for “One-stop shopping” for all DOI training. The catalog within DOI LEARN contains classes offered by any DOI Bureau. (NCTC, BLM, NPS, USGS, OSM, DOIU, etc.) It provides a method to electronically track all training for every employee. It also provides personalized learning plans and dynamic reporting.

All Service personnel are required to log in to DOI LEARN and establish their own user account in order to register for NCTC training; as well as training hosted by other DOI bureaus. All Online mandatory training completions are required to be tracked in DOI LEARN. For more information about logging into DOI LEARN, please see the Frequently Asked Questions page.

Please regularly review your profile in DOI LEARN to be sure that your contact information and supervisors are listed correctly. More information and Instructions for updating your profile.
