FCA is committed to making its programs and activities accessible to people with disabilities. See Board Policy Statement 67, Nondiscrimination on the Basis of Disability in Agency Programs and Activities.

To meet this commitment, FCA complies with the requirements of section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. Section 508 requires Federal agencies to ensure that persons with disabilities have comparable access to (and use of) electronic and information technology that persons without disabilities have. An agency may waive this requirement when providing this access imposes an undue burden on the agency.
