These are archived transcripts of selected speeches and congressional testimony prepared for delivery by the Education Secretary and other senior ED officials. The Secretary's speeches are provided by the Office of Public Affairs. The Secretary's congressional testimony is provided by the Office of Legislation and Congressional Affairs and the remarks of Department senior staff are provided by their respective offices. We also post key policy letters signed by the Education Secretary and Deputy Secretary and brief summaries of policy analyses of federal education issues.
