Section 26a of the TVA Act
Construction and Operation Standards
TVA has adopted construction , maintenance, and operation standards for facilities and activities on , over, or along the Tennessee River and its tributaries, including all TVA reservoirs. Where specific standards are not available for the intended construction activity, applicants should contact the appropriate TVA Watershed Team office for guidance and information on proper submittal of their Section 26a application.
