Note: performance report data were transferred from federal fiscal year to calendar year in 1998, so FY 1997 is considered calendar year 1998.

Performance reports submitted by each state and territory are tabulated for the nationwide totals. The state-by-state performance reports provide information on the effect the VOCA funds had on services to crime victims in each state.
