OVC prepares a report to Congress every 2 years that details OVC's major undertakings during the past 2 fiscal years. OVC created the Focus On Series as a companion to its biennial Report to the Nation.
These biennial publications demonstrate how OVC works to improve the criminal justice response to victims, make services and resources more accessible, and expand the range and quality of services for victims nationwide and around the world.
