Headquarters supports nationwide and headquarters needs and the two regional contracting offices (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Denver, Colorado) support regional and local needs. Collateral duty contracting officers are located in the Mid-Continent Region (Alton, Illinois) and field and area offices throughout the country.
