SAVE MONEY ON HEALTH CARE by using a Doctor/Dentist office or facility that is in your Insurance Carrier’s network. By using a Doctor/Dentist office or facility that is In-Network (UHC, Blue Cross, or Delta Dental’s network) you can avoid charges not approved by your insurance carrier, as long as no other insurance company is paying on your bill.

Example: If your In-Network Doctor or Dentist office charges $80.00 for a procedure, but the insurance provider only allows $50.00 for that procedure, then the $30.00 difference is unallowable and will be removed from your balance due.

How can you tell if your physician is In-Network? Go to the insurance provider's web site and utilize the “find physician or providers” link to verify. Just because an office accepts your insurance card does not mean that they are In-Network! Ultimately it is your responsibility to ensure that your doctor/dentist or facility is in the network. Take the time to find out and save yourself time and money!
