Your LANL prescription drug benefit provides you with many choices and is designed to provide prescription drug reimbursement managed by UnitedHealthcare and administered by Medco.

Each medical plan has its own list of covered drugs, called a plan formulary.
| Select EPO | Coverage for prescription drugs with a formulary and different copayments for generic, preferred-brand, and nonpreferred-brand drugs. Outpatient prescription drugs available at the network pharmacies by showing your plan’s ID card and paying a copayment. A mail order program for maintenance drugs is available. |

Your copayment will vary depending on whether the drug is formulary or nonformulary, generic, or brand/preferred name.

By using the mail order prescription service run by Medco, you can save money on your prescription drug costs. You will need to have a prescription written for a three-month supply of the medication you are ordering. To order, use the Medco Mail Order Form for New Prescriptions.
