Curriculum Materials

Curriculum Materials include both a Teacher's Guide with lesson plans, bibliography and teacher evaluation and lesson plans for Grades 4 and 8 written with the Maryland State Department of Education Voluntary State Curriculum standards.

Additional lesson plan sources are provided: The Smithsonian Institution; The Flag House & Star-Spangled Banner Museum; The American Legion; The National Flag Day Foundation; and The Pride of Baltimore II. 

The honorary colonel reviews the troops.  

Did You Know?
Each Fort McHenry Tattoo honors a distinguished person from the area, bestowing upon that individual the title "Honorary Colonel of the Fort McHenry Guard."
