The Office of Center Operations and Community Services (CoSERVE), the public service
division of The University of Texas-Pan American, is a national model for economic
development and community development and provides education, training, and
professional expertise to local, state, national and international communities to
improve the quality of life and foster innovative solutions to economic
challenges. CoSERVE is an umbrella organization for twenty-three centers.
