A SYSTEM MOVING OVER THE PLAINS WEDNESDAY WILL SLOWLY MOVE EAST INTO THE WEEKEND. THIS SYSTEM WILL PUSH A FRONT ACROSS THE AREA FRIDAY. TIMING IS HARD TO PIN DOWN WITH GUIDANCE TIMING ERRORS...BUT THIS SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO PASS WELL NORTH OF THE AREA...WITH LIMITED INSTABILITY AND UPPER SUPPORT. THE CHANCES FOR SEVERE WEATHER A SMALL AT THIS TIME. MODERATE TO STRONG EASTERLY WINDS OVER THE MARINE AREA ON THURSDAY WILL SWITCH TO A STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW BY SATURDAY AND CREATE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS FOR SMALL CRAFT. NO OTHER FORMS OF HAZARDOUS WEATHER ARE EXPECTED. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... ACTIVATION OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OFFICIALS AND SPOTTER INFORMATION IS NOT ANTICIPATED AT THIS TIME. $$
