Final Specification for High-Efficiency Toilets

EPA released a final specification on January 24, 2007, for high-efficiency toilets (HETs). Manufacturers that produce HETs meeting WaterSense efficiency and performance criteria can apply to have their products certified and obtain the WaterSense label after becoming a WaterSense partner.
