VA Puget Sound has community based clinics in areas that we have determined that best suit our patient populations.  You can find these outlying clinics at the following locations:   Bellevue, Bremerton , Federal Way, North Seattle, Port Angeles and Northwest Washington. Services Offered: The clinic provides primary medical and mental health care with full-time VA staff. All specialty care is referred to VA Puget Sound, Seattle Division. The clinic contracts locally for stat lab, urgent pharmacy & routine x-ray services.
Staffing: The Bremerton CBOC has two full-time medical providers (one DO and one Nurse Practitioner), one Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and one Social Worker. Nursing and clerical personnel complete the clinic staff.
