We strive to respond to every request with an answer or an appropriate referral as quickly as possible. Most requests will be responded to within 10 business days.

Please bear in mind that we cannot provide answers to certain types of requests (e.g., commercial endorsements). Comments on specific EPA programs will be forwarded to the responsible office within the Agency. Also, we sometimes get questions that do not fall within EPA's purview. We will attempt to refer these requests to appropriate sources outside of the Agency.
