The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) allows you to request EPA records that are not available on the Internet or in our reading rooms. The process for making a FOIA request is easy. This Web site provides all the information you need to make a FOIA request.

Submit request by filling out EPA's online FOIA request form

Submit request in hard copy (make link to page with info on submitting by fax, mail, and courier. Although the process does not require a specific form, an optional template would be a good idea so the page should also include an optional template for FOIA requests.
