VA New York/New Jersey Veterans Healthcare Network (VISN 3) is one of 21 Veterans Integrated Service Networks (VISN) of the Department of Veterans Affairs. VISN 3 is comprised of five VA Medical Centers, a domiciliary, and over 30 community-based outpatient clinics and vet centers which provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient health care to veterans in the five boroughs of New York including Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island, Long Island, Yonkers, White Plains, Montrose, Castle Point, and East Orange and Lyons, New Jersey.

VHA Conducting 2008 National Telephone Survey


The survey collects information from a random sample of 42,000 veterans enrolled in the VA system. The survey will begin the week of September 22nd and will continue for 10 weeks. Your participation will help VA provide the best care possible.
