GOV. RITTER TO TAKE PART IN NOTRE DAME SUSTAINABLE ENERGY FORUM ON WEDNESDAY
Gov. Bill Ritter will be taking part in a national new-energy dialogue on Wednesday, participating in a Sustainable Energy Forum at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend., Ind.
Gov. Ritter will sit on a panel with Jeff Immelt, chairman and CEO of General Electric; Ernest Moniz, director of the Energy Initiative at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology; and Majora Carter, founder of Sustainable South Bronx.
The panel will explore the various ways in which community leaders, government officials, scientists and corporations can contribute to creating sustainable energy practices individually, institutionally, nationally and globally.
