We invite you to join CDC and the Georgia Division
of Public Health for the 6th annual meeting to promote research and
monitoring of birth defects and to improve the lives of children in
Georgia born with birth defects.
The meeting will highlight orofacial clefts, with presentations
covering:
- Anatomy and development
- Epidemiology and risk factors
- Evaluation, referral to special services, treatment
- Family perspective and long-term care issues
- Public health research priorities

Meeting participants are also invited to submit
previously presented or original posters related to orofacila
clefts, which will be on display throughout the day. If interested,

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is accredited by the
