Data requests are not processed in real time. We will contact you at the email address provided when your data is ready. In general, the data can be collected using an anonymous ftp network transfer. In the cases where this is not feasible the data can be placed on hard media and delivered by postal services.
Some data requests have an associated user costs. If there is a cost it will be estimated, notification will be sent, and an affirmative response will be required before data processing begins.
