About the Hudson Valley Healthcare System
The Montrose Campus, (Franklin Delano Roosevelt Hospital) opened in 1950, is a campus-style complex on approximately 180 acres located along the banks of the Hudson River in suburban Westchester County. The Castle Point Campus opened in 1924 and is located along the banks of the Hudson River in Dutchess County. In the middle 1990s, the Montrose and Castle Point Hospitals integrated into one organization, the VA Hudson Valley Healthcare System.
