Habitat Restoration Titlebar
The Arcata Conservation Partnerships Program is comprised of staff with expertise in habitat restoration that work in partnership with local entities and landowners to identify, restore, and protect valuable native habitats along the north coast of California. We work closely with partners to develop and design projects, provide technical assistance, and secure funding. We utilize several local Service funding programs to implement smaller restoration projects or as cost-share on larger ones.

We operate as a partner and not strictly as a funding entity. Our Restoration staff work closely with our partners to identify, develop, coordinate, and implement viable projects. Visit the web portals below to see who we are and what we offer.

We have several local and regional Service funding sources available for restoration projects. From mapping coastal vegetation communities to removing barriers to fish passage, we work with our partners to determine the proper funding source and to develop a successful proposal and work plan. ---> ENTER

We offer various types of technical assistance to local partners. Our Restoration staff is available to provide assistance with developing and designing projects, writing proposals, meeting Federal regulatory requirements, and more. The Arcata Conservation Partnerships Program has been funding and partnering on projects since 1994. From improving tidal estuarine habitat for salmon to removing non-native vegetation on our local dunes, we have partnered on a wide variety of project on the north coast. ---> ENTER
