This refresh number 5 version deletes all references and requirements for Acquisition Support Services under MOBIS SIN CR499 and replaces refresh #4 dated May 10, 2007.

This solicitation number FCO-00-CORP-0000C, is also refreshed to update clauses and Exhibits 1 through 13; add new clauses and delete obsolete clauses as of June 20, 2007. The Consolidated Schedule program streamlines the acquisition process by evaluating and awarding a single contract to successful offerors and existing contractors that provide services/items that fall within multiple schedule business lines. Offers and migration requests will only be evaluated under this schedule program when the offer/migration proposes 2 or more schedule business lines. See Exhibit 1 (Ex1.doc) - Schedule of Items under the solicitation for detailed information on the participating schedules.



The cutoff date for receipt of offers under the previous versions of this solicitation is June 20, 2007. Offers submitted after the established cutoff date will require submission under the current Refresh #5 version.
